Voices young and old come together for one performance only when the Asheville Choral Society presents John Rutter’s Mass of the Children. The beloved British composer’s work pairs adult and children’s choirs, and this concert brings that idea to life right here in Asheville.

The full Asheville Choral Society shares the stage with the Asheville Waldorf Singers, a children’s choir from the Asheville Waldorf School, and the Asheville Singers from UNC Asheville. Soprano Meredith Mormann and baritone Nole Jones sing the solos, with Dr. Vance Reese on the organ.

The concert takes place Saturday, Nov. 7, at 4 PM at Central United Methodist Church in downtown Asheville. Since this is a one-time performance, plan ahead and buy tickets online.
