For the best view with your breakfast, drive the Blue Ridge Parkway to Pisgah Inn, located at 5,000 ft. elevation with panoramic mountain views. They are open seven days a week, serving hearty breakfast dishes 7:30-10:30 AM , April through October. Be sure to make a reservation online beforehand.
