Deerwoode Reserve offers an unforgettable wedding experience on a private 175-acre nature preserve just minutes from downtown Brevard. Couples can choose from several ceremony locations, including the open-air Chapel in the Trees, the picturesque Lakeside Meadow, or the lush Garden.

The Mayes Event Center blends rustic charm with modern amenities, featuring a climate-controlled reception hall, an open-air pavilion, large glass doors leading to a string-lit patio, fire pits, a bridal suite, catering kitchen, food truck hookups, and guest restrooms. With space for up to 200 guests, it’s well-suited for ceremonies, receptions, and dancing.

Deerwoode’s expansive grounds offer scenic backdrops with ponds, trails, river frontage, a bamboo forest, a swimming hole, gardens, and plenty of peaceful spots to explore. Overnight lodging includes 11 cozy cabins—ranging from studios to four-bedroom lodges—accommodating up to 76 guests, each featuring private outdoor space and fire pits.

Wedding packages are all-inclusive of venue management, planning services, chairs, tables, and event equipment, with outside vendors welcome for catering. Intimate Wedding packages are also available and include flowers, cake, dinner, officiant, a two-night stay, and an on-site event manager.
