Two majestic catalpa trees stand in the center of the ceremony space, with seating for approximately 100 guests.There is a 900 sq ft wedding lounge on the property with changing room, full bathroom, kitchenette, sitting area, and many spaces for photo opportunities. The venue can host up to 150 guests for an event and pricing includes the use of venue, water, electricity, parking, trash removal, and event lounge prior to the event. A day-of wedding planner is required along with outside vendors, including the officiant, music, catering, tent rental, tables, chairs, etc.
