Bryson Bakery makes everything in-house in the heart of downtown Bryson City. The pastry case rotates through morning buns, cinnamon rolls, croissants, pain au chocolat, Kouign-amann, seasonal danishes, scones, and donuts, with gluten-free options.

Breakfast sandwiches sell fast, so arrive early. On the savory side, choose from house-made quiche, breakfast casserole, ham and cheese bear claw, or a brunchable sandwich. Pair your pick with brewed coffee, hot tea, or an espresso drink from the bakery's baristas. Before you leave, grab a loaf of fresh sourdough or a baguette to take home. 

Outdoor seating is available for enjoying your treats in the open air. Open Friday-Monday, 8 am-4 pm, at 160 Main Street.
