Thursday, Dec. 31, 2026. This year's theme is "Midnight in Havana at Grove Park," inspired by 1950s Cuba. There are two dinner options. Both end at Havana After Dark in the Grand Ballroom, with a live party band and a midnight countdown. Events are for registered guests 21 and older, and each guest needs a ticket or wristband. Elegant cocktail attire is encouraged.

• Heritage Plated Dinner: A five-course Latin-inspired meal in the Heritage Ballroom (called "The Havana Supper Club" for the night), with live Cuban-style music.
