Heart of Brevard’s Halloweenfest returns to downtown Brevard on Saturday, October 24, 2026. Held each year on the Saturday before Halloween, this free festival is fun for the whole family. Kids can jump in bounce houses, dance at a hula hoop party, and visit the Magic Book Bus. 

Don’t miss the traditional costume competition and parade. Browse craft, retail, and food vendors, then join the Spooky Stroll Open House and trick-or-treat at downtown businesses. Brevard is about 45 minutes from downtown Asheville, an easy day trip.
