Asheville Hiking Tours

Discover the waterfalls and mountain scenery near Asheville with a naturalist guide who brings the landscape to life. Asheville Hiking Tours combines relaxed walks, scenic drives, and storytelling to introduce visitors to the ecology, history, and seasonal beauty of Pisgah National Forest and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

The Waterfalls and Blue Ridge Parkway Tour lasts 3–3.5 hours and typically includes about two miles of easy to moderately easy hiking, with stops at multiple waterfalls and time for photos and questions. Tours begin at Pisgah Coffee Roasters, about 30 minutes south of Asheville, with transportation and hiking poles provided.

Public tours welcome up to nine guests. Private tours offer a personalized outing for families, friends, and corporate groups. When winter weather closes the Parkway, alternate routes explore scenery within Pisgah National Forest.
