Old hat, new hat, yellow hat, blue hat. They're all welcome at Dillsboro's annual Easter Hat Parade the Saturday before Easter at 2 PM, showcasing a variety of interesting hats atop participants of all ages, including pets. Prizes will be awarded! An Easter Egg Hunt precedes the parade at 11 a.m. at Monteith Park. There will be 4,000 eggs to find!
