The Masons originally designed the historic 1927 three story building with intentions to host large scale events. The 37 boasts multiple venue spaces.

• Suites at The 37 is our second floor that contains multiple conference rooms for professional meetings and 11 offices spaces for those wanting to have a presence in downtown Waynesville.

• The Grand Ballroom, located on the third floor, offers a spectacular mountain view, several private rooms on the mezzanine level, and can hold up to 351 guests.
