Since 1984, Gallery of the Mountains has featured handmade crafts by more than 100 local and regional artists living in the Southern Appalachians. Here you’ll discover curated collections of finely crafted jewelry, women’s apparel, home décor, unique gifts, and Asheville-made mementos.

Gallery of the Mountains is located in the Sammons Wing of The Omni Grove Park Inn. Opened in 1913, the hotel is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and boasts the largest public collection of original Arts and Crafts style furnishings in the world. Gallery of the Mountains is the only shop in the Inn that carries 100% handmade items by local and regional artisans.
